These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the hosting, domain registration, and related services (“Services”) provided by Efficient Hosting Consultant (d.b.a. eHosting411) (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate as an authorized HostGator Reseller under the Aluminum Plan. While we manage customer accounts, the underlying infrastructure, datacenters, and core network operations are provided by HostGator LLC.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Efficient Hosting Consultant (d.b.a. eHosting411), its affiliates, and its suppliers (including HostGator) from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA for handling personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law.
